Not every deviation is a failure. Not every problem is a scandal.
And not every situation requires immediate escalation.
In complex IT, organizational, and governance contexts,
damage often occurs not through individual errors, but through lack of classification.
Decisions are made when facts are still unclear,
responsibilities are not clearly defined, and interests have already been mixed.
My work starts earlier.
Where it needs to be clarified what actually exists –
before evaluations, proceedings, or formal steps follow.

IT expert & auditor
As an IT expert and auditor, I work personally and independently.
Expert opinions serve the objective clarification of technical and organizational facts.
They are not consulting and not preparation for follow-up orders.
An expert opinion classifies.
It does not evaluate in the interest of third parties.
Interim management
Interim management means temporary responsibility.
Not observation.
Not moderation.
I take on roles where leadership, structure, or decision-making capacity
temporarily do not suffice or need to be rebuilt.
The focus is on IT-related leadership and control roles in complex
or regulated environments.
Classification & analysis
Classification is not an opinion format.
It is the prerequisite for reliable decisions.
In analyses and texts, I deal with governance, responsibility
and systemic connections.
Not up-to-date.
Not polarizing.
Not with an agenda.
The activity as an IT expert and auditor is carried out personally and independently.
